At KNicholes.com, we pride ourselves in extraordinary customer service and satisfaction.

If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase, you may send it back to us for Store Credit only within 5-7 days of delivery.

 SHIPPING:

 Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and over!

 Shipping for orders under $100 is $10.99  USD (Standard Shipping).

 All standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Please note KNicholes.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked as Delivered, we will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days 

Handmade items are processed within 7-14 days

 Any orders with Free & USPS Shipping may experience some delays. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited shipping options at checkout.

 These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre-Order items.
